Data policy exclusions

This page lists universities excluded from scraping under the current policy-safe standard. The list combines all current policy exclusions into one audited set. Institutions may be excluded because they are outside the project scope, duplicate a separately tracked campus, lack an institution-scoped board, or use a recruiting platform whose terms prohibit automated extraction.
