Position summary

The successful candidate will oversee the acquisition and analysis of research PET data and actively contribute to the activities of the Research PET Core. This includes attending weekly Core meetings, participating in scan sessions, and engaging in other Core-related efforts. They will also collaborate with investigators in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health who utilize PET imaging in their research,

to design protocols, perform and provide guidance on kinetic analysis of acquired data and statistical interpretation of results. The candidate will also pursue their own line of research within the areas of PET methodology and PET pharmacokinetic modeling as well as participate in clinical research. Towards this end, they will be expected to develop proposals incorporating PET imaging components and solicit funding

from public and private sponsors such as the NIH and BBRF. Experience with the uMI NeuroEXPLORER PET-CT system is strongly preferred.
