The faculty member in this role will provide strategic and artistic leadership for IML, oversee the Master’s program in Music Leadership , and support the development of innovative, industry‑connected and project‑based learning experiences that reflect today’s vibrant music profession. the Institute for Music Leadership Coordinate and lead the Master’s degree in Music Leadership Maintaining and building meaningful connections across a wide range of music industry sectors (nonprofit, commercial, creative industries, emerging fields) Leveraging industry relationships to support experiential learning, internships, and professional opportunities for students Teaching and mentoring students
