The position involves research investigation in the areas of cardiovascular and dual energy CT. Research in this laboratory focuses on applications of medical
x-ray imaging for cardiovascular disease and cancer diagnosis. Applicants with a broad background in medical physics, physics, or electrical engineering are preferred. Minimum Qualifications: • PhD, MD, or MD/PhD in medical physics, physics, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field Preferred Qualifications: • Strong background in CT physics • Experience in dual energy material decomposition
CT • Background in image processing, computational modeling, or quantitative imaging. Those who possess a strong motivation to pursue an academic medical physics career are encouraged to apply.
