Specifically, we want
toidentify new targets for cancer interventions that can be leveraged to overcome immunotherapyresistance and prolong therapeutic effects of radiotherapy. Anotherresearch area in our lab is T cell immuno-metabolism, where we published a couple of the initialstudies (JEM, 2011; Immunity, 2011),
with both been cited for over 2000 times. Our experimentalmodels include genetically modified mice and disease models for various types of cancer,autoimmune diseases, infections, and inflammation.
