Position Responsibilities: Screen patients Approve patients for the clinic and assign them to therapists Answer students’ questions (Extremely important) Provide evening clinic coverage Provide ad-hoc supervision of students as needed (with co-signature of clinic director) Oversee charting (including the maintenance of electronic
charting) Manage data within our electronic medical record as it changes and grows Manage our in-house video recording system (VALT) Manage our remote video recording system (Google Meet) Update all clinic materials as needed, such as manuals, brochures, and the website. Manage crises (under the supervision of the clinic director) Treat as many patients as needed to satisfy licensure requirements (with the
co-signature of the clinic director; this is also extremely flexible, and all treatment modalities are available) Be available to faculty and staff for all issues involving the clinic Attend faculty meetings as needed Meet with individual doctoral faculty as needed Help with “clinic-related classes”, such as SCID training Coordinate the rating of student therapy videos for evaluation purposes Help with admissions as
