invites applications for Plastic Surgery, Assistant/Associate/Professor, Plastic Surgery, Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine. ROLE of the POSITION The Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV, is seeking to recruit a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level with a focus on breast reconstruction and reconstructive

microsurgery. The successful candidate will have specialized training and interest in breast reconstruction, reconstructive microsurgery, and Gender Affirmation Surgery, as well as expertise across the full spectrum of plastic surgery, including complex reconstruction of the trunk, head and neck, and upper and lower extremities. The position offers broad exposure to advanced reconstructive microsurgery, including

breast microsurgery, extremity salvage, head and neck reconstruction, complex trunk and trauma cases, replantation, robotics, complex wound care, and the management of traumatic injuries such as facial fractures and burns at the State of Nevada’s only Level I Trauma Center. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing academic Plastic Surgery practice with an integrated plastic surgery residency training program

and a micro surgery fellowship. Responsibilities include patient care, research and teaching (didactic and bedside) for Plastic Surgery residents and fellows, trainees in other residencies, and medical students: patient care with reconstructive needs in both inpatient and outpatient care settings, and clinical and/or basic science research.
