(non-tenure-line) nursing education instructor position with expected primary teaching responsibilities on the Jamestown Campus, beginning as soon as possible. Term of one academic year under either a 9- or 12-month contract, depending on interest and availability, subject to renewal. Essential Functions Responsibilities may include teaching a variety of first- and second-year courses in JCC's credit-bearing AAS (RN)
Nursing program and/or JCC's credit-bearing Certificate in Practical Nursing. Instructional obligations may include conducting classroom-based lectures, overseeing clinical groups, and delivering both individual and group laboratory instruction. Additional responsibilities include engaging in program decision-making regarding curriculum, leading review sessions, and collaborating across disciplines to develop new
learning opportunities in healthcare fields. Full-time faculty at JCC are expected to move towards excellence in teaching, advising, and service to the college, the community, and the faculty member's discipline.
