This posting will serve for multiple openings throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. Essential Functions Course Adjunct Faculty Responsibilities: Teach in person or online once a week. Create and maintain course Canvas container for the onsite
courses. Meet with students as needed to support their success. Provide assignment feedback and grades to students in a timely manner. Respond to emails from students and program leadership within 48 business hours. Participate in recruiting and informational events as needed. Required Qualifications Master’s Degree in relevant content area (e.g., Library & Information Science or equivalent from an ALA-accredited
program) Two years of professional experience in a library, archive, museum, or other information services setting. Preferred Qualifications Teaching experience at the graduate level. Work Schedule While the University’s administrative offices are open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, faculty schedules vary from term to term and are based on courses taught, service commitments, and research agendas. The

Unexpected interruptions occur often, and stress level is moderate to high. Noise level is quiet to moderate.
