http://speech.buffalostate.edu Brief Job Description The department is accepting applications to fill current and future part-time, temporary teaching positions as a Sign Language Instructor. This position requires that applicants be able to teach beginning (101) and intermediate (102) courses in sign language (ASL) and have personal familiarity and/or experience with Deaf culture. Applicants must be available to

teach during regular (day-time) business hours.This is a pool posting and applications are accepted on an on-going basis. Applicants will be contacted on an as needed basis. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree.Official transcripts will be required upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree.
