Responsibilities include developing nursing curriculum and delivering instructional content in the classroom. The role also involves serving as nursing faculty in clinical settings, providing both direct and indirect supervision to
students as they apply nursing clinical skills and make decisions. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide instruction for assigned Nursing courses and assist in coordinating adjunct faculty teaching in Nursing, if applicable. The standard teaching workload for regular full-time faculty consists of 15 semester workload hours, or the equivalent, per semester. Develop course
syllabi in accordance with ENMU-Roswell’s standardized syllabus format. Supervise and direct students in clinical environments, which may include on-campus clinical rotations, simulations, or off-campus direct client care clinical rotations. Maintain a minimum of ten posted office hours per week. Keep accurate attendance records and follow institutional procedures for reporting student grades. Grades must reflect
students’ demonstrated achievement and performance according to the course syllabus.
