This position delivers NCCER-aligned curriculum through engaging instruction, demonstrations,
skills practice, safety training, performance evaluations, and assessments that promote student achievement and workforce readiness. The instructor teaches HVAC fundamentals, refrigeration, electrical and heating systems, air distribution, diagnostics, installation, service, maintenance, and related technical concepts while fostering safe work practices, professionalism, and critical thinking. Working collaboratively
with the Director of Skilled Trades and program faculty, the instructor ensures course delivery aligns with NCCER standards, Colorado Career and Technical Education expectations, approved curriculum, and current industry practices.
