Your RoleAs a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the lab, you will take a scientific leadership role and be in charge of one or more research projects. Under the mentorship of the PI, you will develop and execute strategies for publishing, collaboration, and funding
acquisition (grants, industry sponsorship) to support and disseminate your work. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior lab members (interns, Master’s and PhD students) and Occasionally participate in teaching and outreach. Research Fellows typically stay in the lab for a period of around 2 – 4 years with the aim of leading a research group as their next career step. Alternative career paths can be
