academic division with strong institutional support and significant opportunity for clinical and programmatic development in head and neck oncology. The position offers a comprehensive academic practice focused on head and neck oncologic surgery, including ablative surgery and microvascular free flap reconstruction within a collaborative, team-based model. The faculty member will participate in a high-acuity
multidisciplinary practice and contribute to the ongoing growth of the head and neck oncology service. Clinical responsibilities include the surgical and nonsurgical management of benign and malignant diseases of the head and neck, participation in complex oncologic resections, and shared responsibility for microvascular reconstruction, inpatient care, postoperative management, and cross-coverage. will actively participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate closely with medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, anesthesia, and critical care teams.
