Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g.. Mastercam or similar). Strong understanding of machining process, tolling and blueprint reading. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learners. Ability to develop
lesson plans, assessments, and hands-on training activities. Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a machining environment. Organizational skills and ability to manage lab/shop environments. Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in an academic or industrial setting. Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., NIMS or HAAS certification). Experience working with apprenticeships or workforce
