Areas of particular curricular need include Evidence (immediate need), as well as Family Law and Criminal Law in light of anticipated curricular growth and alignment with the NextGen bar exam. Additional areas of interest may include Contracts, Civil Procedure, Business Organizations, Commercial Law, Trusts & Estates, and Academic Excellence / Bar Preparation. We are especially interested in candidates
who can contribute to our Legal Research and Writing program while also teaching in a foundational doctrinal area. This integrated teaching model reflects the School’s commitment to combining skills instruction, doctrinal learning, and bar readiness. Appointments may be structured to align with the candidate’s teaching profile and institutional needs, including tenure-track or other full-time faculty roles, as well
as teaching models that combine legal writing and doctrinal instruction. All faculty positions are full-time and based on Quinnipiac’s North Haven campus, with an expectation of in-person teaching and engagement in the academic community.
