Instructional
responsibilities include classroom and laboratory teaching, curriculum delivery, assessment of student learning outcomes, and the integration of current industry standards and practices with pedagogy. The position requires active engagement with local business and industry partners to ensure program relevance, support workforce development initiatives, and promote student employment opportunities. The faculty member
will participate in program advisory committees and collaborate with employers to identify workforce needs and emerging trends within the construction industry. The faculty member will serve on college committees and engage in local, state, regional, and national professional organizations as appropriate. Additional responsibilities may include participation in program review, accreditation, assessment, and
