Rank is commensurate with experience. Eligibility for a tenure-track
appointment will be determined based on institutional needs and candidate qualifications at the time of hire. This is a full-time faculty position. Applicants must have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Applicants should also have a commitment to ongoing research and writing. Teaching responsibilities could include courses in the Bible Minor, Biblical Studies
majors, and graduate programs. Expectations also include University-wide service, school/committee work, and academic advising. SBTS faculty members are expected to be exemplars in teaching skill, academic contribution, personal character, and discipleship of students.
