Functions: BSN Program Operational Leadership Provide daily coordination of BSN program operations, ensuring consistent execution of program policies, schedules, and processes. Oversee course scheduling, clinical and lab coordination (in collaboration with clinical placement coordinator), faculty teaching assignments, and coverage plans. Maintain program readiness for regulatory and accreditation expectations by
supporting documentation, compliance tracking, and continuous quality improvement. Coordinate student progression processes (e.g., progression checkpoints, remediation pathways, retention supports) in alignment with program policies. Monitor key student outcomes and help implement improvement plans. Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day student issues requiring program-level coordination; escalate
complex matters to the Director as appropriate. Support admissions, orientation, and student communication workflows in collaboration with Admissions and Student Services.
