California, San Francisco, and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals is seeking faculty to join our team. Appointments will be made at the Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor ranks in the Adjunct, Clinical X, Health Sciences (HS) Clinical, or In Residence series. fellowship training program, with opportunities across the San Francisco and Oakland campuses to contribute to the Department’s mission of excellence in research, education, and patient care. Minimum Qualifications MD, DO, or equivalent degree, with eligibility for medical licensure in California. Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatrics and Pediatric Gastroenterology. For recent fellowship graduates
who are not yet certified, board eligibility is acceptable with the expectation of timely certification. Completion of an accredited fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology. Candidates should demonstrate clinical competency across pediatric GI, hepatology, and nutritional care. Preferred Qualifications Experience teaching and supervising learners, including medical students, residents, and fellows. Strong clinical
and procedural skills in pediatric gastroenterology, endoscopy, hepatology, and related diagnostic or interventional procedures. Evidence of scholarly activity—peer-reviewed publications, clinical research, or presentations—in pediatric GI, hepatology, or nutrition.
