Entrepreneurship in a non-tenure position. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Organizational Behavior, Negotiations, Leadership, and related topics. The candidate will also contribute service to the school and university community, with optional opportunities to engage in research and participate in research seminars. Sy Syms School of Business is committed to providing highly

personalized and engaged learning experiences that support students’ professional and personal development through mentorship, reflection, community, and service. Position Responsibilities: The successful candidate will teach three undergraduate courses in-person twice per week and may hold administrative responsibilities, including serving as Chair of the Department, as assigned. Teaching will take place at Yeshiva

University’s Manhattan campuses, either the Wilf Campus in Washington Heights or the Beren Campus located at 215 Lexington Avenue. Additional opportunities may include conducting research, participating in school research seminars, and providing service to the school, university, and broader community through participation in institutional events and activities. Experience & Educational Background: A doctoral degree

from an AACSB-accredited institution with expertise in Strategy, Management, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Behavioral Economics, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Psychology, or related fields is preferred. Candidates without a doctoral degree are also encouraged to apply if they are currently pursuing a doctoral degree in one of the listed fields; possess a master’s degree in a related field along

with at least five years of professional industry experience; or hold a master’s degree in a related field and have a minimum of two years of prior college-level teaching experience, with strong teaching evaluation scores preferred.
