community!Job DescriptionThe Department of Teaching and Educational Studies (TES) in the School of Education (SOE) at Idaho State University is seeking to hire for a 9-month Clinical Assistant Professor or Clinical Instructor position; this is a non-tenure track position. The anticipated start date for this position is August 2026. This position will serve ISU's Pocatello, Twin Falls, and Idaho Falls locations, and
be based in Pocatello. The clinical faculty member will lead the undergraduate and graduate Career and Technical Education (CTE) Educator Preparation program, and liaise with the Idaho Division of Career Technical Education (IDCTE) and other post-secondary CTE institutions in Idaho. The clinical faculty member will also serve as advisor for student career and leadership organizations. Contractual responsibilities may
include meetings and events outside of the Pocatello area.This position is not eligible for new visa sponsorship at this time.
