Functional Responsibilities Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of the cardiac catheterization lab. Ensure procedures are performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with best
practices. Maintain high standards of patient care and procedural outcomes. Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise Cath Lab personnel including nurses and technologists.
