The position requires

flexibility of scheduling, which will include both on-campus and online classes, and is intended to fulfill our Business Administration instruction needs. Job Duties: Lead in-person and online instruction related to Business Administration. Maintain at least five in-person office hours per week. Advise current and prospective students for program and career-related counseling. Participate in recruitment and retention

activities. Participate in department and college committees as assigned. Provide input regarding curriculum development and enhancement. Complete all required College and KCTCS mandatory trainings in addition to attending other professional development activities relevant to personal interest. Develop and maintain working relationship with local industry. Enforce high expectations related to professional behavior

(including punctuality, respect for leadership, teamwork, and written/verbal communication skills). Other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: Master of Business Administration Preferred Qualifications: At least two years of teaching experience with both face-to-face and online formats.
