Information Job Description Summary The instructor will conduct college courses for undergraduate students by performing the following duties which include, but are not limited to, teaching automotive systems classes, assisting with and developing instructional planning, as well as advising students, using a variety of delivery methods: traditional classroom, online, hybrid, weekends, mini-semesters and evenings.
Minimum Qualifications Required:• Associate degree or higher in Automotive Technology or a related field OR or 10 years work experience in automotive dealership or independent repair facility as a technician or service manager. • ASE Certified in all eight (8) areas.Note: Degrees and hours must be from a college accredited by a US Dept of Education accepted accrediting agency such as SACSCOC. Preferred Qualifications
Preferred:• Bachelor’s degree in automotive related field.• ASE Master with L-1 certification.• Master-level manufacture certification from Toyota.• Diesel training and /or experience with A9 ASE certification.• Experience with ASE Education Foundation (ASE EF) school certification.• Hybrid training and 10 years teaching experience in secondary or post-secondary automotive program.• Ten (10) years’ work experience in
