Associate Professor of Medicine (Tenure Track) - Endocrinology The Division of Endocrinology in the Department of Medicine, Columbia University Irving Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled, board-certified Endocrinologist with an active, independent research program, and specialized expertise in the treatment of pituitary Cushing disease, but more broadly tumors and disorders to join our renowned Pituitary

Center. The ideal candidate will share our commitment to delivering personalized, patient-centered care while contributing to groundbreaking research and advancing the field of neuroendocrinology through a basic, as well as clinical research program. As a leader in the diagnosis and treatment of pituitary conditions—including Cushing’s disease, acromegaly, prolactinoma, craniopharyngiomas, and growth hormone

deficiency—the candidate will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of endocrinologists, neurosurgeons, and neuroradiologists to provide comprehensive care. The role also offers opportunities to participate in clinical trials, academic teaching, and continuing medical education initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead a grant-funded research program in the area of Neuroendocrinology. Develop a hospital-based

Center for the treatment of Cushing’s disease. Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with a full spectrum of pituitary tumors and disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Collaborate with neurosurgery, neuroradiology, and other specialties to provide coordinated, multidisciplinary care. Lead clinical research, including phase 2 and phase 3 clinical trials focused on

innovative therapies for pituitary conditions. Contribute to academic initiatives by leading clinical conferences, teaching fellows, and participating in CME programs. Stay abreast of emerging developments in pituitary and neuroendocrine care, integrating evidence-based practices into clinical work.
