Job Summary: The Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care Medicine at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons seeks an outstanding physician to join our faculty as a Pulmonary Hypertension Specialist and General Pulmonologist . This faculty member will play a central role in the clinical care, education, and research missions of the Division, with a primary focus on co-directing the

development of a state-of-the-art, multidisciplinary Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) Program at CUIMC. The successful candidate will provide exemplary clinical care, foster collaborative relationships across specialties, actively engage in teaching medical trainees, and build a robust research portfolio in pulmonary hypertension and advanced lung disease. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Serve as Co-Director of

the CUIMC Pulmonary Hypertension Program, working in close collaboration with Drs.  Jennifer Haythe to develop and grow a comprehensive, multidisciplinary PH program. Design and implement clinical, administrative, and research protocols to ensure excellence and accreditation of the PH Program. Build and maintain a high-volume referral-based PH practice, including systematic evaluation of WHO Group 3 PH patients

with lung disease. Collaborate with: Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) and Lung Transplant Programs for coordinated patient management and timely transplant referrals. Interventional Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery for patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). NYP cross-campus partners to establish a unified PH program across institutions. Partner with the NYP Specialty Pharmacy to

expand outpatient PH treatment offerings, improving continuity of care and patient convenience. Clinical Duties Provide up to 6 outpatient clinic sessions per week and 1 session dedicated to right heart catheterization (RHC). Outpatient practice primarily based in the Herbert Irving Pavilion. Participate in inpatient service
