Faculty are encouraged to get involved in various sub-sections within the division and engage in active learning and will participate in divisional and departmental activities and demonstrate engagement. The selected candidate will lead a cutting-edge esophageal research program focused
on advancing the understanding, diagnosis, and management of esophageal diseases. The selected candidate will develop and maintain an innovative, extramurally funded research program and contribute to the Division's research portfolio while providing strategic leadership in esophageal research. The successful candidate will teach and mentor fellows, residents, medical students, postdoctoral scholars, and junior
faculty, as appropriate, and contribute to educational programs in gastroenterology and esophageal diseases.
