We are actively recruiting to fill the tenured position of Chief, Division of Hematology and Cellular Therapy. The Department of Medicine (DOM) and Moores Cancer Center

(MCC) are embarking on an exciting new trajectory to leverage their significant research and clinical strengths within an environment that values innovation and collaboration. Our goal is to re-envision how we fulfill our academic, clinical, and research missions in addressing hematologic malignancies. The Hematology and Cellular Therapy Division Chief will be a key member of the leadership teams at both the DOM and

MCC. This role presents an opportunity to build upon a robust clinical and research infrastructure, collaborating with faculty and university leaders to support our integrated academic, research, and clinical missions. The selected candidate will lead a research program and oversee the transplant, cellular therapies, and both benign and malignant hematologic disorders programs. Additionally, the selected candidate

will teach and mentor the next generation of physicians and faculty, and/or provide clinical care to patients. The appointment will be based on the candidate’s background and experience. Series will include 50% Ladder Rank / 50% In-Residence (with secured extramural funding) or 100% Ladder Rank.
