collaborative group practice of urologists within a nationally recognized academic health system. The role will involve leading and advancing a comprehensive Pediatric Urology program, including management of a diverse and complex patient population drawn from a large regional referral base. The role will also involve managing a diverse patient population coming from a large referral area and practice and coverage at
Rady Children's Hospital. The successful candidate will play a central role in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows, and will be expected to foster excellence in clinical care, education, and research.
