Faculty Posting Detail Information Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Position Summary The University at Buffalo (UB) School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SPPS) is seeking a tenure track faculty member at the associate or full professor level to expand the UB Drug Discovery, Development, and Evaluation Hub (DDDE). This research hub provides leadership and creative approaches to support core innovations in drug
discovery/development as well as the development of a translational therapeutic core to support clinical pharmacology, policy development and evaluative clinical sciences. Research specialty/focus areas: Medicinal and biological chemistry; quantitative computational chemistry and molecular modeling; target identification; AI/ML-based drug discovery. commensurate with experience.Scholarship/Research Responsibilities:Faculty members will develop a sustainable, funded program of research in the relevant area of expertise. Collaborative scholarship is strongly encouraged among faculty colleagues within the school and across the university. BS) based on area of specialization and alignment with course delivery needs.
