College of Nursing invites applications for the Associate/Full Professor position in the Tenure System faculty appointment system. Position responsibilities include obtaining and maintaining an established program of funded extramural and interdisciplinary research that prioritizes inclusive excellence; being a published nursing scholar; teaching across undergraduate and graduate nursing education, including area(s)

of expertise that contribute to outreach and community service. The position also requires a strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) for our student body, faculty and staff. The successful candidate will also provide mentorship across nursing programs and actively participate in college and university committees, upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical behavior.

Applicant's research should enhance or complement current College of Nursing concentrations in health promotion and illness prevention, symptom science and management, or health services research, all within the context of addressing health equity and social determinants of health. The appointment of academic rank and salary are dependent on evidence of research, teaching, and scholarship achievements. This is an

academic year faculty position. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining a program of research in one of the concentration areas of the CON listed above.
