Responsibilities The College of Nursing at the University of South Florida is seeking an Associate Dean for Faculty Development (ADFD). The ADFD provides strategic leadership for faculty development, mentoring, and professional growth across all faculty tracks.

This role partners with the Dean and senior leadership to advance faculty success, support career progression, and foster a high-performing, inclusive academic environment aligned with USF and accreditation standards. The ADFD serves as a key faculty mentor and advisor, focused on strengthening faculty readiness for promotion and tenure, enhancing scholarly productivity, advancing teaching excellence, and supporting
