assigned Dean, exercise direct leadership of Public Safety instructional programs. These programs include Administration of Justice, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Program, Fire Academy, Fire Technology, Paramedic Program, Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Academies for Levels II & III. Implement the division's vision. Develop, organize, and implement goals and objectives. Plan, develop, organize,

schedule, direct, improve, and evaluate assigned programs, services, and activities; and provide oversight, development, and coordination of all elements of assigned programsFoster a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the assigned unit, department, and division; lead by example; actively participate in and support College-wide shared governance components and
