on UNL unit-level metrics and key performance indicators, and CoA Operational Strategic Initiatives (OSIs) related to Odyssey to Extraordinary reporting in VisionSync. Support Leads and Accredited Degree Program Committees on priorities/strategic vision. Faculty Evaluation, Mentorship and Support: With the Dean, participate in and facilitate faculty evaluations, reappointment procedures, and tenure and promotion
