This full-time position (100% FTE) has a 9-month service period and an expected start date of September 16, 2026 (Autumn Quarter). Initial appointment will be for a term of three years, subject to reappointment upon successful academic review. Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $10,555 to $11,111 per month ($94,995 to
$99,999 per 9-month academic year), commensurate with experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination. Other compensation associated with this position may include a one-time relocation stipend if applicable. Description: Teaching faculty at the University of Washington Tacoma (UWT) perform teaching, scholarship, and service. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute as an engaged colleague to serve our growing school and campus. The successful candidate will be expected to teach a variety of supply chain and business analytics courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels across multiple modalities
including in-person, virtual, and/or hybrid classrooms, to maintain a scholarly agenda that contributes to business education at UWT and/or the profession, and to provide service to the university, the business school, and the community. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a level of involvement, participation, and/or leadership within their pedagogical or practitioner communities that maintains
professional qualification(s), as required for accreditation (AACSB) purposes. In addition, the successful candidate will assist in the development of curriculum, promote continuous improvement, and actively collaborate with colleagues in service of our school and university’s mission.
