position in Quantum Information Science and Engineering (QISE), with the tentative start date in Fall of 2026. We are seeking an outstanding tenure-track Assistant Professor with a potential to be a world-class leader in the strategic QISE growth area, with a preferred emphasis on either:1. Quantum information theory, quantum computing algorithms/architectures, applications of quantum computing; or2. Quantum photonic

integrated circuits.Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline appropriate to the QISE research focus. The appointment will be in the Department of Electrical Engineering in the College of Engineering (CoE).
