Assistant Professor, with an anticipated start date of September 2027. We seek applicants who demonstrate commitment to excellence in research, teaching, and service in a diverse and inclusive academic community. The successful candidate will join our faculty on a full-time basis. Assistant Professors (Tenure-Track) are eligible for multi-year appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30).
The base salary range for this position will be $10,834 - $11,667 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination. The successful candidate will be expected to establish an independent research program and collaborate with members of the Department and other faculty within the University and affiliated institutions, to contribute
to the teaching responsibilities of the department through existing or new courses, and to contribute to the department’s commitment to service within the School of Medicine, the University of Washington, and the greater Seattle community.
