of Allergy and Immunology in the Department of Pediatrics is seeking an academic faculty member at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Professor in Pediatrics to serve as the Medical Director. The position will be a full-time Columbia University faculty position with full fringe benefits. The individual must be able to advance medical knowledge and translate it into clinically relevant strategies for diagnosing and

treating allergy and immunology conditions. In addition to providing direct patient care, the individual will serve as the Medical Director and will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency across clinical operations. Crucially, they will plan and organize practices and implement strategies to maximize team efforts, improve productivity, and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities: Function as the

division’s Medical Director to drive the continuous improvement of clinical operations, productivity, and revenue through best practices and team-building. Deliver exceptional, specialized patient care with consistently excellent outcomes. Contribute to departmental initiatives, including quality improvement and patient safety efforts. Engage in continuing medical education (CME) and maintain relevant advanced

certifications. Serve as a trusted resource for complex cases and high-acuity patients. Achieve and maintain high patient satisfaction scores.
