Medicine seeks a Full-Time Assistant or Associate Professor of Clinical Practice. The successful candidate will be expected to support the department's commitment to excellence in teaching and service in a diverse and inclusive academic community. The expected start date is July 1, 2026, or soon thereafter. Assistant Professors are eligible for multi-year appointments that align with a 12-month service period. (July
1-June 30). Associate Professors are eligible for multi-year appointments that align with a 12-month service period. (July 1-June 30). The base salary range for Assistant Professors will be: $16,750 – $21,000 per month ($201,000-252,000) annually commensurate with experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination. The base salary range for Associate Professors
will be: $19,584 – $22,500 per month ($235,008-270,000) annually commensurate with experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination. This range is inclusive of base salary provided through the UW Physicians (UWP) practice plan, in addition to base salary provided by the University. Please note that only compensation provided by the University is included in
University benefit determinations and calculations. Compensation provided by the UW Physicians (UWP) practice plan may provide eligibility for separate benefits offered by that organization.
