No If Temporary, enter End Date: Position Summary The Modern Languages Department at SUNY Cortland invites applications for a tenure-track position in TESOL at the assistant professor level, beginning in September 2027. The Department offers majors and minors in Spanish and Teaching English as a Second Language; degrees leading to New

York State teaching certification in Adolescence Education Spanish and K-12 Teaching English as a Second Language; and an M.S. Ed. in Teaching English as a Second Language, delivered fully online and asynchronously. In addition, the Modern Languages Department offers courses in ASL, French, Italian, Spanish, Teaching English as a Second Language, and English for Academic Purposes to the campus community. The teaching
