participate in a robust clinical practice performing approximately 1,000 cases annually with consistent year-over-year growth. Team-Based Care: Collaborate effectively within a dedicated team of five Pediatric Surgeons and five Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Interdisciplinary Care: Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to intra- and interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient care and advance programmatic
goals. Health Equity: Actively participate in multidisciplinary efforts to streamline patient care with a specific focus on enhancing equity and justice. Research, Discovery & Innovation Research Program: Develop and maintain an independent or collaborative research program relevant to pediatric surgery, aimed at advancing scientific knowledge and improving patient outcomes.
