Duties and Responsibilities : Teaching online courses in the RN-BSN, MSN, or DNP Program. Grading student assignments and providing student feedback in a timely manner. Advising assigned nursing students. Participating in professional, university, and departmental
service. Engaging in a program of scholarship. Fulfilling course liaison duties as assigned. Establishing and maintaining effective, timely, clear, professional communication with students, faculty, and staff. Committed to continuous quality improvement. Qualifications: Current unencumbered Pennsylvania professional nursing license, or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania. Two degrees in nursing, including a
doctoral degree. Experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, and accreditation preferred. Online nursing teaching experience preferred. Defined clinical scholarly agenda.
