Job Summary:   We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Pulmonologist to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of pulmonary conditions, with a focus on providing comprehensive care for patients with chronic lung diseases, respiratory infections, asthma, COPD, and other pulmonary

Key Responsibilities: Diagnosis & Treatment: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of pulmonary conditions, including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, lung infections, interstitial lung

disease, and sleep apnea. Patient Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, including pharmacologic therapies, pulmonary rehabilitation, and lifestyle recommendations to optimize lung function and quality of life. Clinical Responsibilities: I nclude up to 2 sessions per week of outpatient clinical care at the upper Manhattan campuses (Herbert Irving Pavilion and Corlear) of CUIMC. Total

inpatient service will not be expected to exceed 8 calendar weeks per year, divided between Milstein Hospital and other NYP-affiliated hospitals. The distribution of your inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities may be adjusted by mutual agreement to accommodate your other duties and responsibilities. coverage needs from NYPH, the Department of Medicine, and the Division.
