invites applications for a tenure-track position as Assistant Professor of History to start in August 2026. Teaching responsibilities (4-4 load) will include undergraduate and graduate history courses, with half of the load being in the world history surveys (HIS 103 and 104) for general education. The successful applicant will teach upper-level and graduate courses in world history that support the Bachelor of Arts
in Humanities and Social Sciences and the Master of Arts in Liberal Studies programs. Position responsibilities also include advising, mentoring students, and developing new curriculum strategies. The successful applicant will also fulfill scholarship obligations including publications and conference presentations; provide service to the school, college, university, and profession; actively engage with committee work
