internationally recognized, growing program that includes 15 tenured or tenure-track faculty, one research faculty, and nine other faculty with primary appointments outside of the department. To thrive in this role, candidates will be expected to develop and lead a productive and externally funded research program focused on fisheries biology, ecology, management, or social sciences. This research program should

emphasize Alaska’s fisheries and ecosystems and involve students and postdoctoral researchers. Candidates will also be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, with a particular focus on the undergraduate fisheries program through both instruction and advising.
