position in the Department of Information Science and Systems at Assistant level with specialization in Data Analytics applied in the business domain, beginning in August 2026. The faculty will serve as a member of the newly formed Center for Data Analytics and Sports Gaming Research (CDASGR) with 50% responsibilities to the Center and 50% to the Department. Along with other faculty responsibilities, the faculty is
expected to teach 2 courses per semester during the initial two years and based on productivity, continue with that teaching load. The Center aims to study and support research into emerging technological, socio-behavioral, and attitudes towards eSports, sports wagering, problem gambling and business development trends to inform esports and gaming public policy and regulation.
