The academic appointment will be in the In-Residence series, which confers membership in the UCI Academic Senate. Applicants should have an MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent degree, must be board-certified or board-eligible in Anatomic Pathology and Neuropathology, and eligible
for a California medical license. In addition, applicants must have significant research experience and a publication record in human neuropathology with a focus on neurodegeneration. Experience with additional molecular and cellular biological approaches and translational research is preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience in an Alzheimer Disease Research Center setting.
