Responsibilities may include teaching, advising and mentoring students, course
development, and engaging in service activities at the department, college, university, and community levels. This position is housed within the Department of Computer Science in the Howard R. Hughes College of Engineering. The Department of Computer Science is one of the fastest growing departments at UNLV. In addition, the position requires participation in advising undergraduate students, in the development of
courses and curriculum, in projects/lab supervision and management, in service by participation in shared governance, and in grant writing for education, interdisciplinary and teaching-focused grants.
