The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Entertainment Engineering, or
a closely related field, with particular emphasis on mechanical systems and technologies that support the entertainment and creative industries. The candidate should demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching excellence and meaningful industry experience relevant to areas such as themed entertainment, live production, attractions, stage systems, robotics, fabrication, and interactive installations.In addition to
instructional responsibilities, the position includes active engagement in curriculum development, program assessment, student mentorship, and college and university service. The faculty member will play a central role in developing and delivering interdisciplinary, application oriented courses in areas such as additive manufacturing, mechanical fabrication, production systems, automation and control, mechatronics,
and sustainable technology practices.
